Jurisdictions

Rocquaine has its own regulated subsidiary in Mauritius (see Home page), and in addition works alongside business partners operating in other jurisdictions we believe also to be among the best in the world for service capability, quality, jurisprudence and functioning of the judicial system, asset protection, succession planning, transparency and governance.

Mauritius

Mauritius was selected by Rocquaine as the home for its first regulated operating subsidiary in view of the jurisdiction’s standing as an international finance centre (IFC) of excellence for over thirty years.

Guernsey & Jersey

Guernsey and Jersey have been international finance centres for over 50 years and are self-governed and self-funded, and as such pass their own laws and raise their own taxes.

United Kingdom

With a stable legal environment and one of the world’s prime financial markets, the United Kingdom provides an ideal location for new and existing businesses.

Wyoming, USA

The State of Wyoming has a well-deserved reputation as a jurisdiction in which to form a new trust or re-locate an existing trust. In addition to innovative and flexible trust laws, the State has a very low tax burden, is rated in the top tier of fiscally sound state governments, and has a pro-business legislature and very business-friendly regulations.
