Trust services are normally used for a combination of asset protection, succession planning, privacy and non-contentious tax planning purposes.

In Mauritius, Rocquaine Mauritius itself and, in other jurisdictions, our business partners provide the following services:

• Trust formation. Including the provision of more complex structures such as foundations and private trust companies.
• Trust management. Including providing trustee services to the trust, advising clients about the governance and substance of the trust, and overseeing the trust reporting.
• Asset management. Looking at a wide variety of regular and complex assets that might sit within the trust structure including inter alia: real estate, investment portfolios, operating companies, yachts, planes, art, wine, cars and digital assets.
• Recommending when benchmarking investment managers’ performance, or comparing between alternatives, might benefit the client, and how to go about that.
