Establishing a foundation for the oversight of all a family’s assets

The family was based in the CIS and wanted to find a structure that would be tax compliant, look after assets sited in a variety of countries, and ensure that all the family members were involved in the decision making about how the underlying assets were deployed.

A foundation was established managed by a Council which included members of the family, enabling them to make decisions about the assets with our team members sitting in support.
